Our My Air SMART Home air conditioning FAQs

No! You will need to be home and connected to your WiFi initially to set up your connection. However, once you’ve connected to the MyPlace app, you’ll be able to control the aircon from your phone no matter where you are – at work, at home, or in a different country.
Yes! MyAir is part of the MyPlace platform. So, once we’ve set up MyPlace, you can take advantage of its other applications.
Take full control of your home’s atmosphere by pairing MyAir with MyLights. Just like my MyAir, MyLights allows you to schedule lights to turn on and off, control the lighting from your phone – including dimming to set the right atmosphere – and set up motion detector lights.
You can opt for MyGarage, too – operate your garage door from your phone and double-check you closed it from work. Have a package coming? Open the garage door for the postie. Did your guest beat you home? Let them in via the garage door.

Yes! The touchscreen we provide with your MyAir system is mounted to your wall and hardwired into your home. So, this will always work without WiFi. If your internet is down, but your WiFi router is still working, you should be able to control MyAir from your phone’s app as well.
Yes, you sure can! You can connect your MyAir, MyLights, and other devices using MyPlace to your existing Smart Home, such as Google or Alexa. This gives you full control over these devices, all from your one, central Smart Home.
